Let’s get to know each other! In this 15 minute session, we will discuss what to expect on a first visit and explore any questions you may have!
Initial Evaluation
In this session we will talk about your symptoms and discuss any concerns or questions you may have. I will look at your movement, strength and other factors that may contribute. With this information, we will create a treatment plan to get you on your way to feeling better!
Follow Up
This visit will be the time where we put our treatment plan into action. This session will include hands-on manual therapy as well as exercise prescription, instruction and monitored performance. Together we will use tools to reduce symptoms and improve functional activities.
Exercise Coaching
This is for the pregnant or postpartum client that wants to exercise but isn’t sure how to do so safely or effectively. Together we will build a routine that meets your goals.
